To order
shopping cart
When you have found the product you want to order at BAMBU LIVING, click on the button 'add to cart'. In the shopping cart you can see all the products that you are interested in and that you have clicked on while shopping. At all times you can choose to check out or continue shopping in the webshop. If you want to continue shopping, you can always find your shopping cart in the top right corner.
In the overview of your shopping cart you can check the selected products. You can remove products, change the quantities or pay directly. You press the button 'proceed to checkout' if you want to complete your order and pay.
The total of the shopping cart shows the costs of the ordered products, including the shipping costs. The rate for the shipping costs depends on the size of the product.
Personal data
When checking out the order, you must fill in all necessary fields. In these fields you can enter your invoice and delivery address. If the entry fields are not filled in or are incomplete, you will see an error message. You will see which fields you still need to fill in.

Delivery method
You can choose between two options to receive your package:

Courier service with PostNL, DHL or Bringer, the courier service depends on the size of the package. You can see the costs of this at checkout.
Pick up in The Hague at the warehouse of BAMBU LIVING. If you choose this option, you will receive an email to make an appointment to pick up the product.

Payment method
After filling in your personal details, you proceed to pay. BAMBU LIVING offers the following payment options:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express)
If you prefer to view the product first in the BAMBU LIVING warehouse, you can make an appointment to come by and pay the amount upon collection. pay in cash

You choose the bank from which you want to make the payment and transfer take care of the regular payment process.

Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order and the invoice for your payment. As soon as we have sent the package to the address provided by you, you will receive an e-mail containing the track & trace code of your order. This way you can check the date and time of delivery and track your order. If you have chosen to collect your order from the BAMBU LIVING storage yourself, you will receive an e-mail with further information.

Complete order
When you have completed everything, you will be asked whether you agree with the terms and conditions (read them carefully). If you agree, please tick the box. After filling in the form correctly, you can click on the button 'Place order'.
