To order
Courier service
The products in this webshop are delivered by PostNL, DHL or Brenger. Which courier service is used depends on the size of the product and the destination.
Delivery time
We try to send your package as soon as possible. The shipping time for the products is usually within seven working days. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. As soon as we have sent the package to the address provided by you, you will receive an e-mail containing the track & trace code of your order. This way you can check the date and time of delivery and track your order.

Cost
The prices stated on the webshop are exclusive of delivery costs. The delivery costs are:

The delivery costs for a letterbox package within the Netherlands is €4.00
The delivery costs for a package within the Netherlands up to 30 kg and maximum dimensions of 100 x 70 x 58 cm is €5.95
The delivery costs for a package within the Netherlands with dimensions between 100 and 175 cm x 70 and 78 cm x 58 cm is €9.95
The delivery costs for a pallet package (applicable to sending large furniture) is €30.00 ​

Returns and exchanges

Complaints
We hope you are happy with your order, but it can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. If you have a complaint about a product and/or other aspects of our service, you can send an email to contact@bambu-living.nl stating the problem. We will provide a substantive response to the complaint as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. We hope of course that we can work on a solution.

Don't forget that all BAMBU LIVING products are made by hand from natural products where no product is exactly alike. Each product is unique and may have slight differences in size and color. Natural markings and/or discolorations are not considered defects. Please be aware of this when purchasing the product. Of course we check all products before they are shipped.

Returns
You have 14 days to return a BAMBU LIVING product if you are not satisfied with your purchase. These 14 days are calculated after receipt of the order.

State your name and invoice number in the email. We aim to answer your email as soon as possible.

Pack the item in its original packaging or in another sturdy cardboard box. Make sure that the packaging is carefully closed.

The costs and responsibility for the return are for you. If you want to return something, we recommend that you use a track & trace code because we are not liable if the package is lost.
We cannot accept return of products that are damaged, incomplete or used.

Refund
When your return shipment has been processed by us you will receive a confirmation email. The full amount will be refunded within a few days to the same account with which you made the original transaction.
