BAMBU LIVING BEGAN FROM THE LOVE OF TRAVEL, INTERIOR AND DISCOVERING DIFFERENT CULTURES. THIS PASSION FORM OUR VISION AND VALUES WHICH EMPHASIZE ON HANDWORK AND CRAFTSMANSHIP INSTEAD OF MASS PRODUCTION.
Our items are inspired by nature and culture with attention to style and design. The items from our collection are made of sustainable and natural materials by a great team of artisans from Indonesia and Morocco.

These artisans have a rich culture full of traditions that are reflected in the techniques of their craft. Without these artisans with their beautiful arts, BAMBU LIVING would not exist. They form the basis of our collection.

When producing our collection we go durable at work. Partly due to fast-growing sustainable materials such as rattan and bamboo to use, but also by only working with legally harvested wood. All our wood is V-legal certified.

We also work on the mission to create awareness for these hard-working people and the small production process. Our vision and values are not just about design of unique beautiful products, but also because of the work of these craftsmen to bring them to the attention and to be able to give something back to these people.

All our products are handmade by our artisans. It's not factory work. This ensures that each item is unique and tells a story. In addition, there may be small irregularities due to traditional manufacturing. No item is the same and it is these small imperfections that we are so proud of.
Because we only sell handmade natural products at BAMBU LIVING, small deviations in color, size and design are part of the charm of the product. Wood works leaving small seams may arise in the products. This is a natural process which makes the product unique.
The one type of wood is more susceptible to this than another type of wood. We embrace these kinds of features that characterize the product because it tells a story. A story about a handmade product made in Bali or Marrakech that is now in your home!
